There are so many tools out there to help automate and manage your social media networks and marketing activity. These can be a real time saver and my particular favourite is Hootsuite.
It has a really easy to use interface and provides you with the ability to forward schedule your messages, set up streams to monitor different groups and some useful stats to track your social media performance.

They offer a free basic account but charge for a Pro account, needed if you have more than 5 social media profiles to maange or need more advanced features.
