Who says you don’t get anything in life for free? Survey Monkey, is a free online survey tool and is just fantastic. It’s one of my personal favourites that I use frequently. I use it to conduct my own customer feedback and reviews.
I also use it on behalf of several clients to conduct their customer surveys. The free account limits you to just 10 questions and collect 100 responses but for many small businesses this is ample.
The Pro version gives a wealth of extra and helpful analysis features and is worth the investment if you are planning on doing a few surveys or require more scope than the limitations of the free account.
