Launched four years ago, Dropbox now has more than 25 million users worldwide, and I can see why.
What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is a cloud-based system that allows you to store up to 2GB worth of files and documents for free, as well as share files with colleagues without the need to email attachments, making it ideal for project or collaboration based work. It’s great for small business owners, like you and me, who are out and about and on the move!
I find it invaluable when I’m out and about and don’t want to take my laptop with me. It’s great that I can use via the App on my iPhone.
Any file you save to Dropbox instantly saves to your computer, Dropbox website and even your smartphone.
Plus if you recommend Dropbox to a new user, you gain more free space too.
